The general assembly is the governing body of the AEMB.

The General Assembly is the supreme body of the AEMB. It is composed of all members. An Ordinary General Assembly shall be held at least once a year. It shall be convened by the President by means of a letter sent to each member 60 days before the meeting. Resolutions of the General Assembly shall be passed by a simple majority of the members present or represented.
